Where do I start, service sucked food sucked bathrooms and restaurant over all is gross. The cashier reeked of weed. Took 30 mins just to get my food and it didn’t even come out fresh, I will not be coming back to this establishment

Absolutely terrible experience at Popeyes because of the manager Jocelyn. Extremely unprofessional attitude, poor customer service, and handled issues with zero accountability. Instead of helping resolve concerns, she was rude and dismissive the entire interaction. The restaurant was disorganized, service was slow, and the overall experience felt chaotic.
