Service was very slow despite the manager standing at the counter he wouldn't even help the cashier take orders
Everything sucks about this place. I ordered ahead for pick up. The food was not ready. The online orders were piling up with no one filling them. They always claim they dont have something. Just need better management.

On August 21, 2026, I placed a Build Your Own Bundle at this location at approximately 10:32 PM. My receipt clearly shows three separate 6-piece wing orders — 18 wings total — plus a 2pc Classic Signature Chicken meal and two Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Cups. I received 12 wings. The Buffalo Rub wings were not prepared correctly. The Bayou Buffalo Sauce listed on my receipt was missing. I returned the following day with both my physical and digital receipts.
