10pm take out order. Arrived home and we had incorrect items and missing items. Lobby was closed so I emailed customer service. They responded and said sorry but there was nothing they could do since the location is a franchise. They advised that they would forward my issue directly to the store. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for them to respond. That was a month ago I have never heard back from anyone.
Best staff , they gave me a free lemonade for the wait , highly recommended
The absolute slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen. It’s taken me no less than 20 minutes each time I’ve ordered here.
It took about 45 minutes in the line and at the window they made me wait about 20 more minutes I don't know what's going on with the staff but they spend it playing with each other
Very very, very, very bad staff they make me wait 25 minutes to give me an order and they didn’t even say sorry about waiting 04/21/2026 at 11:00pm The guy with eyeglasses so rude
