We literally waited 20 minutes for fresh chicken, only to receive it cold. My husband had to drive all the way back to have the order replaced, just to end up with bloody chicken. On top of that, when we pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee simply said, Order? There was no “Welcome to Popeyes or any greeting at all. What kind of customer service is that?
Good fast food, not sure why but quality of service and pride of ownership seems to be suffering. Product is overall good just service, cleaning and overall cleanliness has taken a downward trajectory.
