Had a really frustrating experience because of the manager. They were rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem to care about resolving issues or helping customers. Instead of listening, they came off as annoyed and unprofessional. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and left a bad impression. Customer service starts at the top, and this was definitely not it.
I have given many opportunities I love to eat Popeyes chicken but in recent weeks my order is always incomplete whether it is missing pieces of chicken or fries is always something that is wrong every time I order the same and they always change the chicken either for another flavor or something that I did not ask for the truth terrible service more in the morning shift
Ordered reg tenders, all they had was spicy, they threw in a few extra tenders. Was fresh, no complaints.
I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to one of the employees who was seriously doing it all. He was taking orders, helping prepare food and still made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. Even while juggling multiple tasks at once, he stayed calm, professional and friendly the entire time You don’t see that kind of work ethic every day
The chicken and biscuits have always been fantastic each time I’ve gone to this Popeye’s. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 rating is that they have never given me napkins or plastic forks with the meals to eat the sides. Every other fast food place includes these without asking. I need to remind myself to keep paper towels on hand. And they don’t usually have napkins out to get for yourself. You are expected to ask for them from behind the.counter.
