Person taking order evidently did not like my voice tone and told me to go home because she said she felt disrespected. My order was not ready when I stopped at the window and the manager put in my order. Then thought it appropriate to lecture me about how his employee felt disrespected. My first experience at Popeyes and my last. I will be sure to share my experience with family and friends.
My fiancé went to get Popeyes for us after putting in a mobile order. They proceeded to serve two other people after pulling her up which is fine, but then they gave her the order wrong. It didn't have sauce on the side as specificized and she went back in to ask for it to be fixed. The manager then stated they don't have any ready and rolled his eyes after she asked him to fix it and he told the guy in the back to drop more in the fryer. I ordered online like 4 different times and every time I ordered what their menu offers, I get there to pick up my order and they tell me they don't have whatever I ordered.
We came to Popeyes on Rainbow Drive on 4/12/25 at 4:37 pm. The lady working the drive thru was VERY rude and hateful… we also got home and discovered that she had given us the wrong order. A very bad experience today at Popeyes.
Best place to get a chicken biscuit.
