I put in an online order and I waited almost 10 minutes in line just to be told that the chicken I ordered would be a 10 minute wait. What the hell is ths point of an online order when you have to wait longer than everyone who is ordering in the store anyway? Half an hour for some damn chicken? And I saw only two people working here; completely understaffed. I will never be visiting this location again; unacceptable.

Employees had their backs turned to customers and after 10 minutes of waiting, only helped a doordasher who cut the line and yelled out at the employee. Stood at the front of the line to pick up an online order. I kept waving at the two employees who just kept walking back and forth filling bags, putting their backs to us. Why cant one employee fill bags and one help a customer? Another customer had to yell at the employee I was in line before the employee decided to finally acknowledge me. Absolutely rude service. Got scammed at Popeyes again. I’m done. Popeyes has lost its ways. The chicken is so tiny, mostly inflated with breading and fats, there’s hardly any chicken at all. Which makes the price incredibly expensive for what you get. A thigh is basically a glorified chicken nugget. A breast contains about 2 nuggets. The leg is now one bite of meat, and the wing is straight up laughable. You’re better off choosing the chicken tender option, and at that point, you might as well just go to Raising Canes instead.

Got my order thru door dash tonight from this location… let’s just say management an corporate will be hearing from my lawyers in the morning.
