I really love this place every time we're back in Natchitoches we visit, and tonight about 10pm eat in lobby ordered when she read the order back it was wrong I requested again what our orders were and still got it wrong then some lady had problems at fountain machine I didn't realize till I tried to get a drink the darn thing sprayed everywhere told them they should put out of order on it another person shortly after us same thing happened, they apologized but still never shut it down then shortly after that they are all la... read more
Ordered dark meat and got a breat wing and leg
Just walked into this location to a manager yelling and screaming about how she got in trouble over somebody leaving. She proceeds to give us dirty looks as if we're the issue. Then we go to try to order our food and wouldn't you know it. They're out of everything we're trying to order. No chicken tenders no fries. This was 4th stop at a Popeyes in 24 hours and all four have been the same. Exact situation out of food. Terrible customer service.
They were basically out of every sauce, water all over the floor by the fountain drink machine and out 3 ft from there in every direction. 2 piece chicken and you can see in the pic the 2 napkins were grease soaked. The bisquit was the best thing on the plate. It seems like 75% popeyes are just not on a very professional level and you shouldn't expect much from some of these places.
Didn't have what I wanted, staff didn't mention it till we got to collection point at the drive thru. Staff member taking order seemed quite ignorant
