I am highly upset!! I placed my order online over 20 minutes ago, how do you not have any of the food I ordered ready and got the nerve to have an almost 30 minute wait! Then they didn't have my sides, no fries and no gravy for the mashed potatoes. I just said I want to cancel then you cannot cancel my order because it is a mobile order. Absolutely horrible experience.
The store is full of young people who seem to be clueless and careless about the orders..There's always a long wait period and all the managers who should be more mature just yells and say they ready to go home.
This wasn't the experience I expected from a chicken place. I ordered ahead of time so we wouldn't be waiting to long for the amount of food we ordered. We walked in and it was not clean, and many people sitting and waiting. We were told after waiting for 15mins one of the fryers were down and we just had to wait. One of the employees was touching his pants and then touching food. The chicken appeared to be over fried and very dark. We order 2 - 16 pieces with no breast, mac n cheese, greens, and fries.
