Food is always hot especially the famous biscuits. This is a favorite stop along Route 17.
This is the WORST Poppeyes i’ve ever been to. I get there and they tell me that they do not have my order. So i show them what i ordered, and i have to repay for my food because it seemed like they DIDNT want to remake it. The staffing here is TERRIBLE. You need to rehire and reteach everyone here.
Slow service! Bad Management!Never go here an hour before you must be at work or when you are on your lunch break. You will never get to work on time! Guaranteed minimum 30 minutes waits no matter what you order!
Jesus this place is a trainwreck. Waiting 40 minutes for my order..unexceptable. place looked like a bomb went off..syaff just walking around like ohh well. Store full of people.
Staff disputed the order I made, and would not change my order. I guess it's some company policy, but I had to take something I did not order.
