This wasn't the experience I expected from a chicken place. I ordered ahead of time so we wouldn't be waiting to long for the amount of food we ordered. We walked in and it was not clean, and many people sitting and waiting. We were told after waiting for 15mins one of the fryers were down and we just had to wait. I went to the Churchland (Portsmouth) location today for a late lunch. I ordered on line the 3pc signature chicken special. I really like the easy process and that you are able to select what parts you want. The food was ready as soon as I walked in. Great taste and plenty hot. The inside was very clean and the service was perfect.
how every time i come here they get the order wrong? please make sure you hire people who can properly read and make orders thanks!
This establishment is very hard to look at the kitchen. It doesn’t seem like they clean very well. I came in over the weekend and bought an eight piece family meal. Once I got home the biscuits were half done. I had to throw them away. It would have been pointless to drive back given the time and effort.
