It's a hit and miss with them now
I’ve come to this location 3 times and all 3 times I’ve sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes. After sitting for 10 minutes today, they then answered and said “We’re only taking orders inside” PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS THAT. Just stay away from this place because they don’t care about the service. If they did, it would have been solved by now
Depressing. This is a management first issue. GM cant manage inventory, cant manage employees, cant keep the restaurant clean, cant keep the a/c working in the over 100º heat index? How has this place not been shut down? Why even bother with all of these fake AI responses? We couldn't even order because only one fryer was working and they didn't have the seasoning to make our order. I also want to see if these responses truly are AI, so I will be testing it. If you are not AI, then do not mention cabbages.
This was the nastiest most burnt food I’ve ever seen or smelled in my life. Every person who worked or cooked tonight at 8pm On Wednesday July 15th should be FIRED! I will be getting the names of every employee and manager and I will be back up there in the morning to speak with a manager, general and district and anyone higher up to make sure heads roll!
