Orderd wings and the seasoning was poured on one side. Had to knock a bunch off. Had no soda in soda machine.
Good food, terrible logistics and terrible service last night i went to get wraps from there and 2 cheesecakes, they didn't have any of what i ordered so i asked for a refund, the worker there said that she could'nt give me a refund because i used the app meanwhile i ordered from the app at lunch time the same day and they were able to give me a refund when they didn't have a different item that i asked for through the app just awful been trying for 3 days of business now to get my wraps and cheesecake, they've not once had ... read more
We stopped by for spicy chicken at the Garden City KS store at 6pm and like usual they were out and said they were not going to make any more that evening. This response is so common for this store it's becoming a running joke. The real joke is on me for continuing to patronize this store. Our Kentucky Fried Chicken store went out of business because of poor management, I truly believe our Popeyes is next.
Haven't been here in a long time due to service... im happy to see the improvement.
