I went in there to get lunch there were to people up front visiting and only one person was running the register, there was a line, got up there and order my food the drumstick they gave me was small enough to feed a toddler. The thigh that the gave me tasted like it came from old grease just wasn't a pleasant experience
Made an online order they didn't have several of the items I already ordered and paid for and were not willing to do anything to rectify the problem I guess it's now common business practice to just steal your money for goods and services but not provide the goods or service
I used to love watching the bad girls club on E but who needs that when I can just go into the lobby at Popeyes at 9 PM. Funny thing is I think the employees were arguing about a customer experience…. but myself and the other customers inside the restaurant were kind of kiki’ing About the employees arguing

9:00 pm visit. Friendly staff. Tenders were cold and are small compared to other locations I’ve been to. They don’t have some of the sauces that they show on the menu, the Coca Cola was out on the machine. Told them, but nothing was done, not before I left anyway.
