Terrible service. Waited 5 minutes just to get my missing drink, watched 2 people come in and leave because nobody was tending to the counter to take orders
They have you standing in line for 20 minutes and they watch you and see you when they walk by real disrespectful will never come again they had 3 customers walk out because the have bad customer service today.
My wife and I visited Popeyes on 03/07/26 between 10-11 pm EST and we saw THE COOK bring food out to a waiting customer in a parking space. He had on plastic gloves and a plastic apron. As he's walking away from the car, he wipes his nose with his left hand and proceeded back inside. I tried calling "corporate" while still in the drive thru and it was NOT a call center in the US.
