This Popeyes has the best chicken of all of the ones I’ve visited.
Driving through LA from Florida I’ve always wanted to try fried chicken from the “original” creators lol finally made it to this location at around 9:50pm. Walk in and they say the lobby is closed so they can’t take orders which is fine (why are the doors open if you’re not). We just used the restroom and went through the drive through instead. This was the SADDEST Popeyes I have ever been to. Thats pretty sad considering its in LA. The staff was rude. Took over 5 minutes to answer the drive through. Then, didnt give a receipt. Then messed up the order. Tried to tell us they couldn't verify what we ordered because we didnt have the receipt. The mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Brown on top, and one whole piece. Mashed potatoes were dry along with the chicken tenders. Ordered spicy and wasn't even spicy. Texas Popeyes tastes better.
