Ordered a meal for my workers. Chicken was cooked to death very dry 3 pieces were inedible. Coleslaw was half full. Biscuits were so hard you could knock someone out with them.
I ordered large mash potatoes and gravy. I was not advised when I placed my order there was an additional charge for extra gravy which was 1.00 plus tax. When I arrived to pick up windows I was advised for the first time the amount of my order. When I questioned the extra amount I informed cashier to remove the extra gravy and refund amount, the cashier said they didn't refund small amounts!
