I love your chicken, and it is so assuring to see that you consistently ranked 100 points on your food inspections, but it would be really nice to actually get what I ordered at least every couple of times I come through the drive-thru. I ordered my usual today, spicy breast and thigh, mashed potatoes, and a large drink. Did I get that? No. I ended up with the regular not spicy thigh and leg, and my mashed potatoes look like someone had scooped out about a third of them. False advertising…I wanted the $20 family meal (chicken) and was told I could only get tenders but the signs are still up on windows and in drive thru…Ashely was amazing but the shift manager Miguel was not friendly or understanding and thought the matter was funny…My family and I eat here once a week and this is the worse customer service I have every had…we will not be eating here anymore because of Miguel and his rude customer service.

Miguel displayed racism when it came to the Hispanic couples he gave away free drinks . They false advertising a family meal deal so instead of customer satisfaction he decided to be rude and laughed.,, Ashley was amazing!
