Yesterday, I went to grab some dinner and had to pull around to the second window. At first, I was a little frustrated, but the young man who assisted me completely changed my mood. Carl was the absolute sweetest! 🥰 Shoutout to Carl! 👏🏽 That’s exactly the kind of person I would love to greet me—friendly, kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized! ❤️
This is my closest Popeyes and I order takeout at least once a week. I order spicy and end up with original half of the time, I always order a breast and a thigh, and about half the time I get a breast and a wing. I have never been greeted and I have never been told thank you. I'm thinking staff need a retraining session, especially after reading some of the other reviews on here. The one thing I have to say is, the chicken is delicious and it's always fresh and hot!
Please don't cook the chicken to long.
