I hope this reaches corporate management and gets in the right hands. I have spent my entire life in customer service and I want to say that I will never go back to store # 14534 in Clayton North Carolina. My family stopped in this evening, 3/25/25, to get supper and the experience we had was well under par to say the least. This is one of worst pages places to eat in Clayton. They’re extremely slow, sometimes rude and ALWAYS out of something. I don’t know if it’s the fault of the owner, management or the workers. I would rather not have a Popeyes here than this.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Nervously went here for lunch today and it was great! Hot and fresh, clean and great customer service.
This is a new location and I have been excited to visit it. Well not the best experience. I got half way home and looked at my chicken and it is extremely old. This is the closest location to me which is 18 miles away so the likelihood of me getting bavk out is slim. This sucks!! New location horrible food. I am going to attempt to post a picture. Please check your food before you drive off.
