Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches on the app. Got there and they said the night people forgot to take the stuff out so they could not give me my order. This was like 1145.I don’t like anything but that so all they could do was tell me to get a refund on the app. It’s been 4 days no refund on the app for the food I never got. The restaurant was very clean. The cashier was extremely polite and nice.
we went into popeyes at around 8:30pm after first trying to be seated at applebees and then friendlys, but no one seemed to be doing their job anywhere in gloversville tonight. when we walked in we stood there for almost 10 minutes without seeing anyone ever come up and take our order. there was no one there at all and maybe 2-3 workers working. definitely frustrating after having the same issue at two other establishments in the same night.
I was just kicked out because they never have any way to refund your orders if u order online. I tried to get a different meal and manager got rude and kicked me out. This restaurant is the worst Popeyes. I will never return again. I this is the spend time I couldn't get a refund and the 2nd time I tried through the app. They will not refund u for item u order and they never have the items you order then the managers are little kids with no idea about customers.
I had ordered 3 chicken sandwiches from the Popeyes in Johnstown, NY. When they were delivered, somehow every single sandwich had undercooked chicken on it. Absolutely disgusting. If i could give a 0/10 I would. First time trying Popeyes and usually I hear good things, but this is horrible. Do not waste your time, money, or take the risk of getting food poisoning.
