Bad experience with Miss Gabby, I don't know if she is the manager or not because she was wearing a different uniform. I tried to take the order at the register and she told me she couldn't take my order that I had to order in the system where you order by yourself. I couldn't because it was difficult for me to order alone. I asked for help and she said no, that she only took orders if I paid cash. From someone who works in food service I get it if your tired at work or not wanting to be there but to simply not do your job cause you clearly don’t want to is completely unprofessional. Food is okay. Customer service is awful. I waited for a half hour after ordering at the self service kiosk when there was only one other party in the restaurant. As I was eating, the cooks are literally cat calling women walking past the restaurant. I get it. It’s Popeyes. But isn’t this a relatively new location? How is it so trashy already?
