From someone who works in food service I get it if your tired at work or not wanting to be there but to simply not do your job cause you clearly don’t want to is completely unprofessional. Food is okay. Customer service is awful. I waited for a half hour after ordering at the self service kiosk when there was only one other party in the restaurant. As I was eating, the cooks are literally cat calling women walking past the restaurant. I get it. It’s Popeyes. But isn’t this a relatively new location? How is it so trashy already?
The chicken figure has plastics. Report to customer services. No any apology. So disappointed.
