Worst Popeyes ever visited. Took 25 minutes to get my order even when there were very few customers. The food was good but the service was terrible.
I stopped by the Popeyes in the Glendale Galleria and was genuinely impressed. The restaurant was *very clean*, from the dining area to the counters, which made the whole experience feel more welcoming. For some reason the employees seem to hate their jobs! Came on a weekday with nobody in line and the Latina lady with brassy color hair seemed to not give a dam and just ignore the fact that there was customer seen me and another two people behind me and still didn’t acknowledge or at least say I’ll be right with you and started cleaning the back . I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job it’s as simple as get another job .
They really need to work on training their employees. I understand it can get busy, but the way they handled things was just plain rude. We waited for about 10 minutes without anyone taking our order or even acknowledging us. When we tried to get their attention, they completely ignored us — not even a simple “one moment please” or “we’ll be right with you.” Honestly, even I could do a better job.
