I initially ordered a 10-piece chicken box for $16, but the staff turned it into a combo without my approval, which increased the price unexpectedly. When I requested to make everything à la carte instead, the total came to $42. The chicken was unevenly cooked — some pieces were burnt while others were undercooked. You should go ahead and close this location. 11:05 on a Friday , and they say they don’t have any chicken. 25-30 minute wait if I want. Wasted lunch break. Thanks!!
UPDATE: I received timely reply from popeyes customer service concerning my review. Sadly I do not feel like my concerns were addressed. In reading other reviews it seems like my complaint is not the only complaint concerning missing items etc. This store seems to be lacking effective management etc. It is no surprise that they have a 2.4 rating in south carolina.
