Food took whole lunch period and given wrong food.
Ordered online. didnt receive any of the sauces ordered. onlice help was useless.
I went to the drive-thru on terrill rd to pick up my prepaid order. I opened my spicy tenders and they were COLD! Not even warm from being under the heat lamp...COLD, like they had been sitting out and they were hard. Like they were old. How??? There was 0 people in the drive-thru AND in the store. Why did I NOT get hot chicken, hell, I would have taken warm chicken...but COLD.
