The most polite and friendly employees of any fast food place in the area. Our order is always correct
Customer service was very poor.. I ordered an 8 chicken piece meal, 3 piece chicken strips and 2 drinks. When the order was ready, the meal had 4 pieces of chicken and no biscuits. I received only one drink and the sauce ordered for the strips was incorrect. I'm not sure how anyone can screw up a simple but expensive ($55.14) order this badly but they did. I doubt I'll ever be back to this Popeyes again. More likely I'll go to Church's Chicken in the future.
They DONT EVEN TRY! I asked for three different flavors on my boneless wings, yet when they got here, none of the 18 wings I had ordered had any sauces or rubs on them! It was all plain chicken AND had bone!!! If it was free, I wouldn’t have complained, but I paid $20-$30 for this family sized meal. Y’all get one measly star and nothing more.
cashier refuses to take orders and directs people to the kiosk. kiosk is bugged and sometimes lets you select items that don't exist when redeeming coupons which can be frustrating because it'll error out later and not say why. not a fan. food is okay though
