Soggy quality food and drive through services over 30 mins drive through on a Monday! Cars just parked and turn off lights because wait so long.
Normal for this chain. You know what you are getting and the workers try to do a good job
Food was cold. Fries were old. Not even reheated, just given to me old and cold. Chicken Sandwich cold. Was disapointed. I didnt have time to go back and get fresh. I was on lunch break. I was really craving that sandwich too.
The gentleman at the front desk told me I couldn't order food from their counter. I understand you may have updated your services. But updated services are meant to better assist people, not to be like this, refusing customers' orders and not even having time to listen to them.
