I was there on 6/15 2026 at about 8:56 p.m. walked in with my son to order take out, we were the only customers in the dining room, there was only one car being served at the drive through window, a girl with glasses asked us if we were picking up, we told her we wanted to order, and she asked us to use the kiosk. We walked out and decided to drive to the location on State College instead. I mean, if she had been busy, I could understand, but the place was almost dead and she couldn't take an order???
I gave this location another try and was pleasantly surprised how fast the service was. Friendly staff and clean facilities
So I jus moved to the area I’ve been down in Placentia since the beginning of March , I’ve had Popeyes maybe twice the few months I’ve been here the first time it wasn’t bad in fact it was very good and the customer service was GOOD there’s was an older black lady who helped me order with my coupons since I didn’t know how to use the kiosk and I have severe anxiety she even gave me extra sauce and napkins and implied that I have a great day definitely gave me vibes of my grandma I forget her name but sweet lady… ANYWAYS this... read more
