They take to long to process drive thru orders and food is over priced
This restaurant has the worst service I have experienced at any fast food restaurant. They can't seem to read the ticket to give you the actual things you purchases. It took three tires to get the correct cup size, even then the drink machine was missing parts and sprayed soda all over me and the restaurant. They also do not give us the sauce that we order. The restroom was also out of toilet paper so they had napkins in there to replace toilet paper and the soap dispenser appeared to be filled with either watered down soap ... read more
I have never had this happen anywhere else before but we went to the drive thru at 4pm on Sunday and no one ever acknowledged we were there. We finally drove up to the window where we saw employees that looked at us but never even attempted to help us. So we finally left and went to Zaxby’s where there was a line but everyone was acknowledged and received their food. After reading other reviews we will never go back to this location!
I waited an hour for a classic chicken sandwich, a shrimp plate, two red beans and rice, two apple pies and two drinks. There was no chicken sandwich in the bag, the apple pie was the strawberry and cream cheese, the shrimp plate was half a serving of mostly middlings from the bottom of the pan. 8-1-25
