The manager is S+ tier. Michael is engaged with the customers engaged with the employees and engaged with the perception of his store. He has so much pride in himself his people and the service this is hands-down. The best Popeyes I’ve ever been to the food is always fresh and if there’s a problem, it is handled immediately with no friction.
Whoever was working, the drive-through was hilarious and very nice and engaging. Food was excellent and quick.
Ivana helped me today and she was friendly and super helpful. I love popeyes spicy chicken and their mashed potatoes and gravy.
