Ordered ahead, showed up on time, was told to wait 3 minutes, after 17 minutes I walked inside, was told it would be 6 more minutes, asked if I was ok with substitutions. I said yes, then the substitution they ordered i was informed they were out of too. So 80% of my food sat getting cold, while I'm waiting for something I ordered 20 minutes beforehand.
