Ive been coming to this location for a bit now. Fairly new I think. Havent had any issues especially the busy times of day. However im not coming back here anymore because of the treatment and lack of sanitary protocols that should be followed. Not sure if she is a manager or a crew mate but its crazy to know I saw this woman finish her cigarette outside, cough into both of her hands, open the door to the kitchen and continue to take orders....WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS?!?! A few weeks ago, I was walking from the restroom into the lobby and overheard a manager named Lori yelling at the cook. She shouted that she had “set food aside for herself” and that if he ever threw it out again, she’d “throw out his paycheck.” She never mentioned paying for the food — just that it was hers — and even yelled that it was “a lot of chicken,” not just a small portion. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice and the chicken is always dry and seems old. The service is also subpar. Go ahead and close this location.
