Staff not intelligent enough to wait for fryers to get to proper temperature before cooking. Selling undercooked food be your employees are lazy should be a crime.
They close at 7:30, my wife and I tried to eat, we are very tired and we were trying to go home with some food.
Got the complete wrong person's food. This isn't the first time I've had my order wrong but the customer support usually makes it right. This time it had me take a picture of the wrong food so I took a picture of the receipt with the complete wrong name. The customer service replied this photo does not look like food and I got no resolve on the issue.
The manager Rudy was very nice and had great customer service.
