Went for lunch ,cars wrapped around building Noone answered at order station so pulled around ( now 20 minutes into lunch) thought maybe speaker was out but no sat at window a few minutes more someone finally see me and opens the window to say the drive thru is closed today , no sign tons of poeple waiting was awful..
This place always get my order correct. And crew are amazing.
Put in a mobile order, they gave our food to the wrong car and then took an hour to finally get us the right food. Absolutely enraging and unacceptable. When we called they just kept saying they’re busy, meanwhile we watched 20 people in the drive thru get their orders before us.
