This place is a dump. I've tried to order food inside multiple times, stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Never got any food from this place.
Used the mobile app, they took 45 minutes getting us our food, then forgot half of it and we waited another 15 min before just going back through the line. They had maybe one person working, while the rest were laughing and cutting up. 0/10 would not recommend. Hire people who wanna work.
Always a refreshing experience at this popeyes vs soutel. I am so sad that this location is closed right now. Hoping for a quick turnaround because this is my go to popeyes great service friendly staff and clean. They work fast and get you exactly what you ordered. Soutel location doesn't check a single one of those boxes. Hope you guys open again soon
