I just got home from Popeyes in bossier. I gave my coupon to this one worker and she had attitude. After we went back and forward with words, I told her that I don’t want nothing and left. This is so sad and not expected from a place where I am getting to spend my hard earned money.
Waited to order then paid and have been waiting in parking lot for 54 minutes . The is the worse Popeyes I’ve ever been to fast taken your money slow given you your food . They need to shut this place down , employees don’t care and neither does manager . Not even busy

I recently visited Popeyes NSB and had a very disappointing experience. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. I observed her handling food without gloves and reaching into the fry bin with her bare hands, which raised serious food safety concerns. Upon entering, I was the only. person near the order counter, so I said in a normal tone "y'all lookin' for me?" Meaning, the only customer in sight. Three full minutes later, the fry cook behind the stack of cooked foods asked: 'sir have you been helped?' No, I said. (the four other 'workers' had been arguing back and forth about some cell phone call.) On Tuesday Popeyes have 2 piece chicken special for $1.99.... good it can help ...but the pieces are so tiny n stale that no one will go back to buy anything from Popeyes....make some changes to attract customers 😜
Friendly staff; I was taken care of right away; My order was hot and correct; the dining area and restroom were very clean; it was too cold in the dining area, but the manager lowered the a.c. for us; We used to love the red beans and rice, but they changed the recipe recently, and it is not very good. That is the only reason that I did not give 5 stars.
