Food is good if they can manage to get an order right for delivery. Never fails on delivery for either a side to be wrong or drinks being whatever they choose. I understand the delivery should be checking to a degree but when different drinks are ordered and everything is dr.pepper its clearly just being lazy or not caring and it is always the night crew that messes it up.
Never really had a bad chicken, it's good. Got the "hot one" chicken wings and warning, it's hot
Been impressed enough with Popeyes to keep coming back, unfortunately I'm reconsidering this choice. There are abundant opportunities for this establishment to improve upon. Lame rude counter service. Customer service obviously isn't the strong suit at this location. Staff indifference is off the charts with intentional disrespectfulness. The chicken seemed to be a bit on the older side. When you get a change to get a fresh batch, the chicken is absolutely out of this world.
I've been here for a DoorDash.Multiple times and the big lady with the big hips.Black hair always working the register is the rudest. I tried telling her the name of who I was picking up looked at me and turned around.Then I tried to tell her the name and she basically shut me up and was like i'm busy. She made me wait 10 minutes when I just tried to give her the name of the DoorDash I was picking up for when it sat there, the whole entire time and she couldn't just hand it to me.
