Every time we have come to this location we have been asked to pull forward, even when it wasn’t that busy, and we have been forgotten about. We have also consistently had our orders be incorrect and severely delayed for no apparent reason. The staff seemed undertrained as well. It is sad to see a good chain have a bad location.

Every single time I come to this restaurant they either forget my sauce or get my order wrong.
you have to earn 5 star reviews, they arent just given. this place is so slow 🐌 Update: Today I went to pick up DoorDash and the door is locked so when I go through the drive thru the lady made me come inside. They had forgot to unlock the doors and this was 15 minutes after opening time. There was another lady trying to get in as well. DoorDash does a lot of business with these places and here I am 8 minutes past pick up time and a lady walks up just now and asks if I am waiting on an order. Unbelievable!
