After waiting 30 mins for my order I approached the counter to check the status of my order. I was rudely told I didn't place an order then the man walked away. I produced my receipt he then proceeded to refund my money instead of preparing my order. I was late returning to work still hungry.
Should of been 6 pcs chicken, got 5..should of been 2 biscuits, got 1..New location with poor service and can't count..
Went here this past Friday evening and the food and service was awful ! mind you only 3 customers myself my daughter and another customer. They claimed to be out of white meat because of some lame chicken shortage that the on duty manager said. They gave me old chicken tenders with a old dry biscuit, forgot my daughter's one fish sandwich and never made the order of the customer who came to up his order smh. Chicken was dry and bland.
Worst Popeyes I have ever been too took them almost 40 min to get me 6 chicken sanwiches, they need more employee no one working in the front register
