Ordered off Uber eats around 11:50 pm and the iced tea tasted like it was medicine in it. I’m guessing it was old. The chicken sandwich and fries were cold causing me to get food poisoning 2 hours after consuming this meal ! I never experienced this from Popeyes food ever. Definitely just would look at your food quality before consuming.
Let me start by saying the cashier was rude, no welcome to Popeyes or even a Thank You for your order. Instead he made us feel like we were a inconvenience! Hire someone who can speak clear English, we had a hard time understanding him and our order was wrong! The couple who came in after us said the same exact thing, they couldn't understand you! Please listen to what the customer orders… I was not going to return my order and take a chance. 4 of us could not understand the representative taking our order, along with other customers after us. 1st and last time that we will ever order.
The Muslim girl always argue with you about your order she don't listen to what your saying
There was a long line in the drive up, so I opted to go inside. No one was at the register. Several employees looked at me, but never acknowledged me, not even we will be right with you. Customer service is lacking!
