They never do the takeout orders until I get there. The whole point of a takeout order is that it will be ready by the time I get there. Doesn’t matter if I got there 20 mins after I ordered or after 45 mins after I ordered. They say I’m starting on your order.
took over 45 minutes to get my food, one of the employees were screaming in the others face when i arrived.
I am currently at work and scheduled my order two hours before I picked it up while on my lunch. I arrived with the first impression of no one greeting me for starters. When I told the manager my order she initially forgot, but as her memory started to "come back", she states she needed to drop my food. THAT WAS THE ENTIRE POINT IN ME ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME!!! Therefore, that resulted into a refund, waste of my lunch, and a waste of my gas!! SUPER INCONSIDERATE! Do not respond a general robotic response FIX IT
