Placed an online order at 10am, to be picked up at 11:45. Seems like plenty of time, to be honest it was a decent size order but under their $200 threshold for online orders. Arrived at 1145 to pick it up, was told they were finishing up and it would be ready shortly. About 15-20 mini later was informed they were out of “dippers”. I am very disappointed in Popeyes because what type of tenders are these?? And then the cheese bites were overcooked. Definitely sad that I pulled over for this.
The cook they have is really good, a great professional. He even knows what I'm going to order, and by the time it's my turn, he has the fresh chicken ready. I always try to go when he's working; he's really excellent. This place has improved a lot, thanks to this cook. I don't know his name, I just know he has a beard.
