So we're at the drive thru at 6:45pm Saturday night sign on window says closes at 11pm. No one answers at speaker, no one comes to the window when we blow the horn despite seeing at least 4 people behind the counter in deep conversation. We drive around get out of the car and go in and are told the guy didn’t have on the headset!! WHAT!! And Why is all the chicken boxed up?? We had to drive from Waxahachie to DeSoto, Ridiculous!!!!

came to this location today 8pm I ordered 10 piece family meal that comes with 5 biscuits and 2 large sides. I first try to order red beans and rice. They was out of that then I tried to order mashed potatoes. They were also out of that too. My only option I could choose from was fries and it was about to be out of that too unless I wanted to wait additional time for french fries. This Popeyes is an embarrassment to the franchise. The staff - there’s the joke. Rude, can’t speak clearly or with some sort of professionalism when taking orders. As long as it is a breathing body they can work there. Out of food. No chicken ready at 6pm on a Tuesday! A 30 minute wait. A chicken place that can’t keep chicken prepped for the dinner rush.
