The WORST Customer service I have ever experienced at a Popeyes location in my life. The employees are rude, The food is never fresh, They always takes seven years to prepare your order, And they are always out of something. It’s egregious. If you were in Waxahachie, Do yourself a favor and go to chicken express Instead. I was wondering why the parking lot was so dead here for months and now I see why. Worst service ever, seems to be getting worse since the last yr I came..they didn’t have my sides I paid extra for so you are left getting sub…
The worst food experience. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was orange looking, so I asked for fries instead. The fries were lukewarm and not exactly fresh. I ordered ghost peppered wings and they barely sprinkled any rub on the wings, not to mention the wings looked light-skinned. Thankfully it was not undercooked, but the wings were not tasty at all. They barely put the mango syrup in the frozen mango lemonade. The food & drink was the worst of any Popeyes I’ve ever eaten and drunk.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken was worst I have ever tasted I.e., hard to chew, cold, biting off a piece was literally difficult. I have been to many Popeyes. This one is by far the worst.
Was not please with service went on Sunday after 5pm, and there was apparently a cook shift change that no chicken was available. Go back a few days later now after 6 pm and apparently many was waiting for thir food, once again the cook left before the other cook could arrive and set up and cook chicken!!! How do Popeyes allow this? After many let downs poor service, I will be returning to this location in Waxahachie
