They really need to train their employees better! I really love their chicken and they their sandwiches but they cannot give you everything in the order for some reason. I have been out french fries twice rice and beans twice and coleslaw twice I finally had to go over my order this time to make sure I had it all here. They really need to watch what they’re doing. It’s very aggravating when you get home with it and it’s not what you ordered. Come on people.
Poor customer service. Undercooked chicken, and a 30 minute wait
I wanted to leave a positive review amidst all of the bad ones. I had a coupon for a sandwich combo meal. My sandwich was great. I always get extra sauce and pickles. The bun was fluffy, the fries were crisp and fresh. Service was good. The whole place was clean, the trash wasn’t overfilled. All in all a fine experience!
I have visited the restaurant at least 30 times. I know, that is my fault, I have given them wau too much time, money and grace. EVERY time there is an issue, very long wait times for simple menu items, missing food, burnt food and cold food. I wish they would get it together
Ordered popeyes tonight for dinner after giving them at least 20 visits prior with issues every time I eat there. I put in a mobile order showed up 15 mins later and still had to wait 25 mins. I already spoke with the manager about my order being wrong, was met with attitude, not surprised all the managers have an attitude.
