Very unprofessional franchise serving drinks out of regular non branded cups drive thru line was 20 minutes before even placing order with one car ahead. One person working looks like never will I return here

The Manager was rude as hell, I report I didn’t like the chicken, She said with an attitude what’s wrong with it. I told her it didn’t look right. I gave the chicken back, wasn’t given no refund. The owner does not care how bad the restaurant is just look at all the negative reviews. This is the worst place I've been to in my whole life. I dont normally ha e an issue here its always good hot crispy chicken my only issue it that i cam ad a.walk in at 1044 am and even though it says they ien at 1030 they were o deed not open they didnt have any chicken made and i waited almost 30 min even though it seemed longer for thwm just yo tell me they didnt have the pieces.i wanted.so.i settled.for.whayeber they had at the time i just wanted to.go.T.the time
