Today I went to get my dinner and staff members were so rude and so disrespectful. Their customer service is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They were so unpleasant. Specially they don’t know how to talk to a customer, they curse at customers. Most horrible crew members are there.
First off, the menu advertises that a biscuit comes with your combo…. Why would they sell me three combos and not mention they are out of biscuits until I drove back 30 minutes… second if Popeyes is a chicken spot mainly why when we walk in are they out of all chicken and again managers or workers said nothing.
We ordered but it took a long time to wait before we received and eat our meal.
Thank you for responding to my review. I would like to know how I can receive my refund. Also, under New York State labor law, there should be a manager on duty at all times. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
