I ordered ahead in the app and when I got there Keri had my food ready at the window. She and the other staff I seen there seemed to be friendly and were fast with my food!!! I am happy I gave this location a second chance they definitely didn’t disappoint this time!

This was my first time trying this Popeyes, and unfortunately, my experience on July 5th around 4:00 p.m. was disappointing. The biggest issue wasn't the food—it was the customer service. The employee in the gray shirt, who appeared to be a supervisor or shift leader, was counting money at the register while customers waited to be acknowledged. I waited for this branch to reopen. After remodeling, and I had to wait awhile for my food and got the wrong order. By the time the order was correct, my chicken was cold.The biscuit was burnt.The dining room had not been wiped down and the trash container was full. It seemed like there were plenty of people working that somebody could have monitored the dining room and taken out the trash.
