Food was cold they were out of stock on our fries, when I got the delivery the driver handed me only one drink I asked if they gave him another one and he said he only received the one drink. I called Popeyes to inquire about the missing drink and I was blown off and told there’s nothing they will do for me. I’ve order from here 3 times and 2 of the 3 times I’ve had missing or wrong items. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I was given and lack of care. The young man at the drive thru window just now was Fantastic, he was very nice and polite! Great Food Too!
Tried door dash, tried drive through, tried going in. Bad Bad BAD every time, no more attempts for me. Food is always cold, mac n cheese rubber dry mess, way to expensive for what you get.
