This is by far the worst popeyes I have ever experienced and im from new orleans be here my whole life everything was horrible from the food to the staff customer service management I swear I dont know how places like this are still operating needless to say I will never I repeat never come back to this store
Never understood why but service here is so trash. Workers don’t feel like working
Let me start this saying yes I know we were there for Mardi Gras. Our first visit was Sunday after a 12 Hour Dr. we get there other people have already ordered. We go up to the counter. We are not spoken to for 10 solid minutes. We approach someone behind the front counter and ask if we should order through a kiosk or if we can order in person because we had questions we were ignored.
