Worst experience I've ever had at a popeyes. I was given 2 burnt biscuits. Literally burnt. Like trying to bite through a rock. I ordered 5pc signature chicken. Only 1 was edible. The chicken was stale and old. I was given 1 piece fresh. Greeted rudely by the girl on the register. I asked about my pickup and she responded as if I insulted her. She said "Someone's working on it" and rolled her eyes. The other employee who put the order together was nice but she was the one who served me the expired stale and burnt food. Awful... read more
My wife went in earlier in the evening and ordered some meals. When she went home, she noticed some of the food that she paid for was not her bags. I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Bridget, and told her what had happened. She quickly apologized and rectified the issue. She then proceeded to compensate me for my trouble by giving me extra chicken with fast and friendly service.
