March 19, 2025 - I went to buy food for my family and the chicken was old, it was very dry and bad smell. And the fries were soggy and they forgot to give me 2 applepies, so i had to throw the food out. And i spent 40 dollares.
Every-time I Order from this Popeyes they always get something wrong the service is horrible the workers are lazy and complain about their job i think its time for some new staff i would not recommend ordering through DoorDash because 9 times outta 10 they will forget things or completely get the order wrong they also are so lazy to the point where if they run out of food they will not make more. Food is good but the service at this location is horrendous. Rude employees and incredibly slow. Placed order for pickup now, drove 25 mins and still wasn’t ready. Completely ignored at counter for 5 mins before greeted. Only one other person waiting on food, like 6 employees working and joking about drug use while I stand there. Finally given food and say thank you and employee just turns around and says nothing back at all.
I asked for a can of spinach to squeeze into my mouth and I instead received a chicken sandwich
