The food is solid. The service is what is really awful at this location. The associates do not take the time to ensure accuracy. Whether I am ordering inside, drive through, or door dash.... it is *always* wrong in some way. Either my sauce is wrong, items are missing, always something and I say that literally. I cannot remember the last time I ordered from Popeyes and was 100% accurate. But the food is so tasty, I keep doing it to myself. 3 stars is accurate. Needs better management that sets higher standards on their crew.... read more
Service is always suspect. During the day,its excellent. Afternoons not so much
Great service great food
Was sitting in line for 20 minutes. The person in front of me said he hasn’t had his order taken so I backed out and went inside the restaurant. I asked the lady at the counter what was going on and she screamed at me and said she was the owner. The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. If they’re treating customers like this imagine how they’re treating there employees
