What horrible customer service I went on April 30, 2026 in the drive-through around 1:25 PM and the lady that was doing the orders was so rude. So unprofessional Such bad customer Service I do not recommend this restaurant
It was amazing and customer service was fast.
Not sure what was going on yesterday around 530/6pm, but drive thru was struggling. waited at the speaker for what felt like too long, and was also told to pull forward and park. Yes, double check your order before leaving, they still forgot our fries lol I feel for the workers and whatever was going on, no one was rude to us, just a bit chaotic. food is fine, but never understood the hype as it being so much better than KFC. theyre both mediocre fast food imo.
