Multiple times I have tried to order food here, every time they give me the incorrect items. Normally I just accept this. Most recently I ordered the hot ones collab. They said the sauces hadn’t arrived yet. I was fine with that. They ended up giving the me the wrong entree anyway. I went back in and asked to have my order corrected. I placed an order through the Popeyes app for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, and the woman at the window was very kind. However, this is where the issues began. She handed me only part of my order and seemed confused when I asked about the drinks. After receiving the drinks, I realized the bag was missing the eight sauces I paid for and one of the desserts. Tenders were overcooked and rock hard. No ketchup, coleslaw tasted like it was almost rancid. Gross won't go back.
