I just purchased a tender meal tonight that taste and smell like cleaning products. Immediately threw up the fries because of the cold; cleaning supply taste. My tenders were cold and old as well. I ordered a 3pc and got a box full of old hard scraps. Not one complete strip. Biscuit was rock solid. This place gets worse every time I go. The food is never fresh and you can tell corners are being cut. Everytime you ask for something to be remade and fixed they just refry your same order.
Why are half the menu items out of stock? I dont blame the employees as much(even tho they aren't great) as the higher ups, do you not know how to manage a store and keep supply of what you need to match demand?
Had a small issue Saturday but OSCAR took care of me! I really appreciate good customer service!!
