The cooks dont know how to read an order. Completely missing a large fries and got a chicken sandwich covered in mayo after directly ordering no mayo via mobile ordering. It's on the receipt and yet they can't read it. Only redeeming thing about this order is the chicken was edible.
Slow service and overpriced old food.
Waited nearly an hour for my food. Watched no fewer than 20 people who came after me get their food and leave. When I asked why my good was taking so long the manager just pointed at the monitor and said they were busy. Popeyes has great chicken, but this location is terrible, and the management is very rude. I never got my food, btw, I had wasted my entire lunch break waiting.
