Came here for a beverage and watched someone return their chicken order because the employees got the order wrong and they put the customer order back in the basket to sell to other people. I asked if that was sanitary to put a food that left the store back into rotation. Knowing that the customer had to have touched the chicken as well. They told me to talk to the GM about it and dismissed me.
my food was fine, emphasis on just fine, because it didn’t taste fresh. more like it was at least a few hours old but understandable because it’s a rainy day and it was empty in there. the service was OKAY; there were 2 people working on my order, a man and a woman. neither of which, since i walked in, had washed their hands or put on gloves before preparing anything. i work in food and i know if you don’t need to wear gloves for something, your hands need to be washed DIRECTLY before doing that task, as per ecosure standard... read more
