10:00PM. Ordered new spicy fish sandwich and 2 sides w/ a drink. Had to wait 10 minutes and I ordered ahead on the app. Fries were luke warm and much less than a regular size order. They don't close until 12:00AM. It wasn't end of day, just too lazy to make more fresh fries for my order. I live 3 minutes away, but will drive over to 407 location from now on.
the manager at this location needs to be replaced and so does the staff, i went in yesterday later in the day and this is absolutely the worst customer service I've received. ILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET TO BOJANGLES FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service and management
The mgr Abigail is terrible..they have a sign posted Shrimp Tackle Box for 5.99...she charged me 7.99 and when I tried to show her their own sign she refused to look at it and wld not give me my $2 back!
Horrible customer service. They messed up my order, refused to make it right.
