I wont be visiting this place again any time soon. Tried to place an online order using the app, the app wouldn't accept the store location change. Options for payment was not responding: are you sure you want to change to this store. So aggravating. Called the location and recording said phone number has been changed, the new number is unknown. Wife went in and I showed my screen including qr code I was charged for one of the items I selected but I was using points as a rewards item. Lady stated she was the manager, no name... read more

I ordered a shrimp meal through the mobile app Saturday night. When u arrived at the drive thru the woman unapologetically said they were out of stock of shrimp and offered me chicken. I didn’t want the chicken and asked about a refund. She said I had to do it through the app, which i immediately did. Still no response/reply/refund.

I ordered DoorDash at 11:30 last night. They did not give me my pies, they gave me spicy sandwiches not honey bbq, I ordered a small potatoes and gravy and my partner ordered a large red beans and rice they got switched. The biscuits were hard. The food was uneatable. We had to throw it out and find something else to eat. They put whatever food together they wanted to complete the order but they should have just refunded it and not even gave it to the DoorDash driver.
