Placed online order. Waited in long drive thru line. Was told to pull around not ready yet. 40 minutes after ordering, checked and doors were locked with a line still in drive thru at 545pm. Kid running around inside the restaurant. Ridiculous! Never going back, reversing charges.
Some of the worst costumer service you’re ever gonna find in terms of being “fast food” and actually getting your order correct. You’re basically taking a gamble by ordering from here. Was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because the inside of the joint just so happen to be closed in the middle of the day, leaving 10+ cars in the drive through as a result. Not worth the wait. They're understaffed needs to management or something. Then they are rude to people that are already waiting there for an hour and a half.
