Car in front of me waited 10 minutes for someone to take their order at the drive-through, now 10:30 AM, store opened at 10AM. He finally drove off. I pulled up to the drive-through, sat for 5 minutes, no one ever tried take my order so I drove off, too. Won't be back to this location. Google AI, asked me if I went inside to order?! Why do they have a drive-through ? Nothing going on inside except 4 guys standing around one employee girl sitting at a table. No one even in the food prep area.
I tried to order via drive thru. However the menu board was SO outdated. After attempting to order shrimp or rice, I asked what was available. She literally made a sigh or smash noise & quit responding to me. I work fast food, in that SAME position, never a need to be so rude. I hope she's reprimanded & the menu is updated. Until then - KFC, here I come!
As someone who has worked fast food it should never be this horrible. Took forever and terrible service. Severely disappointed
They didn't have enough staff to help the influx of customers. They struggled getting any food out. They also ignored many customers for a good bit of time. They got my order for a 2 piece spicy wrong. They gave me regular. They really need help and organization desperately.
