Ordered chicken made us wait 15 mins just to give us our food with hair on it took it back and made us wait 20 mins for our food absolutely ridiculous.
😢 Got 6 chicken wings and it looked like it was not cooked well. Terrible.
I literally ordered a sandwich. It took 40 minutes to make. I was disappointed with the service. I was shown disrespect when I asked for my meal. I was so ready to hop over the counter and prepare the sandwich myself. So sad this has happened to ME. My order was #47 and they were already in the hundreds. Dont ever come here for a fast meal. Only come if you have years to spare. Thank you.
The only redeeming factor is it’s a chain that makes a great chicken sandwich but I highly recommend going to another Popeyes location. If you’re in the mall, go to another place for food, there’s plenty of other options. Also they closed 25 minutes before the time that’s posted. Which like don’t get me wrong showing up 5 minutes before a place closed is a bit much but 25 minutes should be plenty. Especially in a mall where you don’t need to stay open for me to eat in the food court seating.
