The manager’s here said they don’t know how to operate the registers to give refunds and I had to time the chicken that was still cooking. He then went to get smother manager and her attitude was just as unprofessional. Both manger’s seem extremely stressed out. I would’ve rather went to church’s.
Horrible customer service! I hate being rushed, they're forgetting food, and then upset because they have to correct it. Im not happy with this visit. There was no apology just more sloppy service. Whoever is working today 4/28/26 needs training because service was poor. This is the type of service that will make others NOT come back.
Missed fries in our order. Went back to ask for it and didn’t even get a sorry.
The cashier was wonderful, very friendly and enthusiastic. She made sure my food was hot and fresh. The cashier's name was Ashley. She made my visit memorable
