If I could give a 0, I would . It seems as if the management are on a different planet. 3 customer's no chicken of any kind,wait 20 minutes an the manager forgets the sides. For 5 years casselberry's location the worst I've seen. So I started going to Oviedo . It was good for a year . I guess corporate couldn't stand it now Oviedo sucks. Then corporate contacted me an said they would give me 10 dallors for my trouble. Guess what never got it. I guess they forgot. Just like my order
What a joke, they were very slow. Hardly any customer on Sunday the 9th around 7:20 pm. Two workers up front that made eye contact with me, I said hello and they literally walked away. One of the workers, a large guy was sitting in the lobby chatting with someone. A large part of his crack was showing. How disgusting this place is.
