My order was missing the biscuits, and when I called to report the issue, the employee hung up on me instead of helping resolve the problem. Chicken is always cold
I wish I could give this zero stars. I sat in line for 40 MINUTES while the people in front of me waited for chicken. I had NO IDEA this would happen. I only came for FRIES. The location was not busy at all 💯💯 I was number 3 in line when I arrived. I’ve never seen a drive through that didn’t ask a customer to PULL FORWARD INTO A PARKING SPACE WHEN THE WAIT IS LONGER.
