The manager was very rude. I placed my order online. It should've been ready by the time I arrived and it wasn't. I waited while drivethru people got served and food got taken to the parking lot. I waited and with about 5 minute left on my 30 minute lunch break I finally spoke out loud and asked for a manager because not once did anyone inform the customers waiting in the lobby for food that there was an issue . The only good thing I can say is the staff was friendly they are offering garlic Parmesan wings on the app but when I get there they say they only have two flavors I don't even want my food anymore but I payed for it they give me plain wings and the biscuit cold I went around 10:40 am how you have cold food and they forgot my drink the menu is blacked out only half of is showing up do better Popeyes
